Anne-Catherine BERG
Data Protection Officer & Senior legal counsel
Anne-Catherine has over 5 years' experience of in-house compliance with data protection law (GDPR and Swiss FADP) in a multicultural environment. Committee Member of the Swiss Association of Data Protection Officers (ASDPO), certified Data Protection Advisor from the University of Geneva, currently pursuing IAPP CIPM and CIPP/E certifications.
She is also a Senior Legal Counsel (LLM) specialising in EU data protection and digital law, with over 20 years’ experience in an international organisation (113 members in 56 countries), as well as in national and European public institutions.
